What’s up dog? A guide to yoga in Asheville.

In 2018, the WNC wellness scene looks like dozens of yoga studios. When I was searching for a place to do my teacher training (hey, Asheville Community Yoga👋 ), I was overwhelmed with the many incredible studios to choose from.

Puns aside, Asheville has been known as a place for wellness and rejuvenation ever since people have been trekking to these mountains since the 19th century to cure their tuberculosis.

Here are some (yes, there are many more than this) of Asheville’s studios, broken down based on your yogi needs. They don’t call us the yoga mecca of the Southeast for nothing.

Choosing a place to practice can be flustering. Really though, I panic when I have to choose where to eat dinner. Although, we’re lucky to have so many great studios, making the decision tough.

Where do you practice? Share your studio of choice + your favorite class to our Instagram + Facebook by tagging us in a photo, or reply to this email! I’d love to know.
🙏Namaste,

-Audra
