Earth Equity Advisors, LLC is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate who is driven to create exceptional client experiences while setting the tone for our firm’s relationship with our clients.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

The Client Service Associate triages all incoming client and prospective client requests by handling routine requests and keeping the advisor up to date on any questions still open (specific investment advice that can only be answered by a licensed financial advisor).  Routine client requests may include account opening, money transfers, resetting passwords, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and other documentation on demand. The position also schedules and prepares for meetings between clients and advisors and follows up on action items.

 Requirements

• Savviness in Windows, Word, and Excel, and able to adapt to new office technology

• Preferred: 2-5 years operational experience within the financial services industry; specifically, in a broker/dealer or registered investment advisor environment
• Must pass a background check
