As part of a 2-6 man team, you will arrive at a new home construction site and set up to work a 10-hour day installing interior wood trim: ceiling and wall paneling, hang and case doors, trim windows, install (scribe to floor) base board and crown moldings. Often, we create custom built-in cabinetry and unique, specific details like window seats, bunk beds, fireplace surrounds, bookshelves, etc. Employees must think creatively, communicate clearly and work efficiently.
