Editor’s pick: Have you checked out the annual showing of the 2023 Oscar Nominated Shorts? Over the weekend, I saw the animated films at Grail Moviehouse and it was a lovely way to spend the evening. I’m also hoping to see the live action shorts sometime this week, before they stop running on Thursday, March 2.

What’d you think of this year’s showing? If you saw any of them, I’d love to hear about your favorite short.
