Happy first day of spring, Asheville. 🌷 Now that the weather is finally starting to get warm, it’s time to start doing all the outdoor activities you’ve been missing + soaking up those extra hours of daylight. That means walks in the park, sitting on brewery patios, outdoor concerts… and who would be opposed to eating outside? 🤷♀️
Everyone knows and loves Asheville’s brick + mortar restaurants, but there is a whole community of mobile kitchens parking around town, serving up delicious eats. We asked you your fave food trucks and, man did y’all deliver. We’ve compiled a list of 20 Asheville food trucks that are a total #MustDo.
Some of these trucks stay stationed at one location but most move around to breweries, bars, festivals + other local hotspots. Be sure to follow all your favorites on social media or check out their websites for a schedule of their whereabouts.
And, for the food truck fanatics… check out the 6th Annual Asheville Food Truck Showdown, Sat., May 18 from 12-7 p.m. This #MustDo is a way for food truck lovers to come together to support local charities, artists + musicians while trying delicious food from dozens of trucks.
