Last night, the polls closed on NC’s 2024 Primary Election. In Buncombe County, more than 59,000 people voted, with more than 26,000 people taking advantage of early voting and upwards of 1,400 absentee ballots received.

Locally, candidacy for Asheville City Council, Buncombe County Commission, and Buncombe County Clerk of Superior Court were up for grabs. See how the local results stacked up. Plus, see the unofficial statewide election results reported by the NC State Board of Elections.
