Like clockwork, as soon as October hits, the need for fall-flavored-everything begins. Halloween decorations come out, the aroma of pumpkin bread fills the air, and of course, the demand for the fall flavored drinks hits every coffee shop. 🍂

The Pumpkin Spice Latte created a cult following after it was introduced by Starbucks in 2014. This year, the drink launched on Aug. 28th, the earliest official launch in history. While it remains a national symbol of fall, seasonal coffee drinks have become more unique, refined + localized since the basic drink was debuted. 👌

So, to kick off + embrace the cooler season, try these 11 seasonal beverages, inspired by the PSL and executed locally. (Bonus: Fall beers because, Asheville).
