Very fittingly, Asheville’s first creative reuse store is making its debut this Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22.
ReMix It essentially serves as a non-profit thrift store for art supplies, offering new and gently used high-quality tools at affordable prices to support sustainable creation and lower the barrier of entry to making art.
The store is located at 202 Haywood Road, just across the street from Taco Billy. Have supplies that no longer spark joy? Make an appointment to donate.
Upon opening, you can shop Wednesday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Buy
Every week, lululemon drops new styles. From workout essentials to elevated loungewear, these are some of our recent favorites:
💎 Add a little color to your workout wardrobe with the perfect jewel-toned tank top designed with training in mind.
🎾 Or, go crazy and add a pattern. We love this retro paisley cropped tank and matching high-rise tennis skirt.
👗 Ideal for running errands, evening walks, or on the pickleball court, this pastel pink athletic dress will quickly become a staple in your spring wardrobe.
👕 No more sweating through your clothes during warm-weather outings. This men’s collared shirt boasts lightweight, quick-frying fabric for everyday wear.
👖Unwind after a long day by throwing on these ultra-soft lounge pants that you’ll never want to take off.
NC clocked in at No. 10 on a new WalletHub ranking of the best states for working from home. The report weighed factors like internet costs, home size, and cybersecurity, but as someone who’s been in the WFH game for quite a while, I’d argue there’s one more metric that matters: great outdoor work spots. Luckily, Asheville delivers.
