There’s a new cold-pressed juice company on the block. Introducing: Immortal Juice Co. , a line of fresh-squeezed juices from nutrient zealot Wayne Jones and pimento cheese queen Ali Rae.

The Asheville-based couple launched the company in early 2023 via Instagram and now you can find their products at the Asheville City Market and North Asheville Tailgate Market every Saturday. You can also sign up for a juice subscription or one-time purchase online .

Immortal uses local and organic produce to create flavors like:

  • Dinomite: celery, cucumber, apple, kale
  • The Cure: orange, carrot, lemon, ginger
  • Rise & Shine: orange, pineapple, lemon
  • Feel The Beet: apple, beet, lemon

AVLtoday Editor Laura squeezed in a visit to Immortal’s production center in Haw Creek last week to see the Goodnature X-1 juicer in action. Her verdict? Silky, delicious juice that’s fascinating to watch.
