Dish: We’ve had a tasty two days. Monday night, our team went to the first pop-up dinner in a spring + summer series from Bun Intended AVL food truck. The first one was a seven-course meal at Ambrozia, featuring dishes like red snapper with fermented tea salad, som thum springrolls with crispy duck skin, massaman roasted quail curry, lemon lime gelee with coconut cream + cocktail pairings from soon-to-be-open The Scarlet Bee.

The next dinner will be during Asheville Beer Week (5/25-6/2) at Bhramari, so we’ll keep you updated.

And yesterday, we grabbed breakfast at BimBeriBon and learned about their totally gluten-free pasties (you literally can’t tell). One of our favs? The chia waffles with stewed apples, curried butter + sorghum syrup. (Check our stories on Instagram for the full tastebud tour).

Digs: Check out these tiny homes in Flat Rock. Could you live in a 400 sq. foot home?

Trending: ICYMI the Walmart Yodel Boy, a.k.a 11-year-old Mason Ramsey has went from being a small-town country yodeler to becoming an internet star, making an appearance on The Ellen Show + performing at Coachella. His next appearance will be at the Stagecoach festival. Don’t you wish he’d make an appearance at LEAF Festival?? 🎶
