AVLtoday fall photography contest winner 2022

This photo is titled “Hello My Name is Angus.”

Here’s a virtual round of applause for everyone who sent in fall-themed photos for our fall photography contest. We had the best time looking through these and seeing so many different perspectives of autumn in our city.

It was tough to choose, but we present to you the winning submission — this stunningly framed and playful photo of Angus the golden retriever, captured by Stephanie Smith.

Looking for more local fall gems? Here are our five finalists, captured by Caroline Nixon, Cindy High, Susan G. Knapp, Mallory Fountain, and Josh Farmer.
