“Yes, Chef.” Those were our exact words when we heard Jacob Sessoms, local James Beard-nominated chef of Table and All Day Darling, is leading the three new food and bev concepts inside The Radical Hotel — the River Arts District’s very first hotel, opening this October.

The Radical Hotel will feature 70 uniquely designed rooms, showcasing one-of-a-kind local art in each. Along with luxe amenities and accessibility options, the hotel will bring with it those aforementioned food and beverage destinations:

  • Golden Hour: Wood-fired pub and chophouse with full bar centered around locally-sourced, farm-driven ingredients; open daily for dinner and brunch on weekends
  • Afterglow: Breakfast, lunch, and lounge spot offering espresso, drip, housemade bread and pastries in the a.m.; cocktails, light bites, and party vibes in the p.m.
  • The Roof: Dramatic sunsets, stunning views of the French Broad, plus cocktails, food, and revelry

Treat yourself to a luxe staycation by snagging the Early Access pre-opening offer (up to 20% off + a locally curated gift) before the Leaf Season rush.
