Event Spotlight: Meet #CampGirlBoss

CampGirlBoss Tickets & Mentor Registration

Camp Girl Boss is a *brand new* Leadership + Entrepreneurship Summer Camp for Middle School Girls who live in the Greater Asheville area. 👩‍🔬 Sounds like a dream.

Held on campus at UNC Asheville, and taught by women leaders from across WNC, “this camp is unparalleled when it comes to passion, innovation, and female strength,” says Emily Breedlove, director of WEWNC (Women Entrepreneurs of Western North Carolina), which is hosting the camp.

The focus of the #CampGirlBoss is to make available the support, empowerment, and training to girls who would otherwise not receive this in their lives. Spread out over the entire week, the Camp will focus on: Entrepreneurship & Business Planning, Marketing, Branding, and Web Design, Leadership Development, Life Skills, Professionalism & Public Speaking, Wellness & Healthy Choices.

The deets:

📆: July 9 – 13

⏰: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

💸: $250. However, WEWNC will be offering scholarships, to ensure the cost of attending the camp is not the primary hindrance for the girls who wish to attend.

💻: Sign up, apply for scholarships, and learn more at www.campgirlboss.com.

👩‍🎨👩‍🚀👩‍🔬: The program will include headshots for girls by Studio 828 Photography, custom logos from VBell Design, a WordPress website from Big Boom Design, business mentoring from TenBiz, life skills sessions Aryelle Jacobsen, author of A is for Awkward, and much more.
