Drink Up Week is finally here and we have a feeling it’ll be the toast of the town.

Here’s the tea — today through Friday, July 26, we’re celebrating the entrepreneurs, mixologists, venues, and beverages that make Asheville go ‘round.

As you know, we’ve created an interactive map of can’t-miss deals offered by local businesses in Asheville. Here are the top deals our AVLtoday editors have their eyes on — and what they plan to pair with these drinks.

City Editor Grace is going for the special Peach Cobbler Matcha at Odd’s Cafe. What makes this drink even sweeter is that 15% of its sales will benefit NAMI Western Carolina, a nonprofit providing free mental health support through online groups, local resources, and education.

City Editor Molly can’t wait for the $10 Cowboy Ranch Water, Archetype Brewing’s first official cocktail, made with the housemade Hop Water and Olmeca Altos Plata Blanco Tequila.

We hope you enjoy sipping your way through our city this week. Cheers to you and happy Drink Up Week, Ashevillians.
