What’s a Cold IPA anyway?

Hops lovers, this one’s for you. Highland Brewing just debuted Wishing Star Cold IPA — a new year-round brew packed with complex hop flavors.

Inspired by “cool” West Coast trends, a Cold IPA (we’re not talking liquid temperature here) ferments at a lower temperature than a traditional IPA. This creates a lean and clean fermentation, giving the beer a flavor-neutral base so the hops shine.

Take a break from the haze with this crisp, bold, and aromatic IPA.
