The start of a new year brings resolutions for many. Whether it’s hitting the gym, drinking more water, eating your daily dose of veggies, quitting a bad habit, or setting new goals – most of us want to channel something new + fresh in 2019.
One of my 2018 goals was to finish my yoga teacher certification and begin teaching yoga. Said and done. Now for 2019, my goal is to stretch my practice + take advantage of the new yoga offerings that are popping up all around our city.
To kick off the goal of not just namastaying on the couch, we’ve rounded up a list of different yoga studios in town that I think any Asheville yogi should visit.
Calling all pro-yogis, athletes, men, children, women who are expecting, and those new to the mat – keep reading for 14 yoga studios in Asheville so you can nail your warrior. Bonus: If yoga isn’t your thing, check out this list of boutique workout studios in town. And, if we missed your favorite studio, let us know in the comments. ⬇️
