The Cliffs at Walnut Cove is a private living community about 15 minutes from downtown, bordered by the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah National Forest (talk about location goals).

It’s home a nationally-acclaimed golf course (home of the UNC Asheville’s women’s golf team), a wellness center with both an indoor and outdoor pool, hiking trails, and even supports a 60-acre farm producing heirloom vegetables, fresh fruits and herbs available to residents through a CSA program along with the newest land release Creekside Farm. Plus, a restaurant, event spaces, and more. Sounding like a dream yet?

And while it is a membership community, residents + staff are a vital part of the Asheville community. In fact, they founded mentorship program with UNC Asheville, support local nonprofits with grants ($930,000 to date) and some serious volunteer time.
