Welcome to a new week, Asheville. Ali here, wishing you a happy Monday. I’m currently taking bets on whether warmer days are here to stay, but when I’m not predicting the weather I’m planning the weekand it’s a good one. 🌞

We have some stellar + incredibly diverse happenings this week – including talks, performances + festivals. I’m especially excited about Ballet Hispánico, a performance from some of the nation’s top Latinx dancers at Diana Wortham, and about the two literary festivals (Asheville WordFest and Asheville BookFest) happening this weekend. If that weren’t enough to get me truly jazzed, Saturday is also the Asheville Bread Festival. And y’all, I just finished Whole 30 – so bring on alll the bread. 🥖
