Happy Monday, Asheville. Ali here. 👋 Spring has finally sprung in the mountains and it’s hard not to feel celebratory. Since the sun has started peeking out on the reg (well, besides today), I’ve been feeling motivated to get out more – as opposed to hiding under blankets by the woodstove, which has been my go-to fave thing to do since November.

There’s something great going down every day, but I’m particularly excited about the weekend events. Friday kicks off the third annual Cat Fly Film Festival – an Asheville-born, women-led fest that showcases some of the best + most creative local and regional short films. And Sunday, I’ll be sitting down with friends to eat at the Grazing Camel Middle Eastern pop-up at Table. The menu showcases dishes like oxtail, handmade pita bread + more paired with natural wines + cocktails. Yes, please.
